About Us As members of the Kabarak Community, spiritual nourishment and formation are crucial aspects of our well being. We uphold activities that help cultivate and nurture deep relationships with God. Therefore, the Chaplaincy Department of Kabarak University TVET institute has a full time and dedicated chaplain who offers pastoral care and support to both students and staff.  He also coordinates communal worship services, Bible study sessions, prayers, mid-week fellowships, missions, outreach in the institute. Rev. Shadrack Chebet Rotich is an ordained minister with the Africa Inland Church of Kenya and currently serves as the Assistant Chaplain in the Kabarak University TVET institute.

He holds a Master of Divinity (Religious Education Option)  from the Africa International University ( AIU), a  Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from Kabarak University, a Bachelor of Theology (Education Option) from Kabarak University, Graduate Teacher Diploma from the Evangelical Training Association and Diploma in Bible and Theology- Moffat College of Bible.

He has served as an Administrative secretary for three years in the AIC Baringo Area Church Council. He has also served as an associate pastor in AIC Emkwen in Kambi ya Moto from 2013 to 2018. Earlier on, Rotich served as the Chaplain in AIC Ebenezer Academy (2006-2007).

Rev Rotich is a member of the Evangelical Training Association (ETA), National Association of University and college Chaplains and Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

Rev Rotich is passionate about Preaching, teaching, mentoring.
